Back from Christmas

After a weeks rest over christmas it's back on the training. Trained my Push muscles yesterday! Started with bench press 5x5, doing this to get my strength up doing big power moves! Then moved onto incline press 3 sets of 12 getting heavier. Then did some rope push ups with my feet elevated. Straight onto flat flyes after worked to 30kgs for 8 reps. After a few mins rest went straight into shoulder press 3 sets 12, 10 8 reps. Push muscles were getting sore now and felt a bit tired. Straight onto 2 sets of lat raises with strict slow form. Moved onto triceps doing 3 sets of tricep pushdown to get some blood into them and get pumped, asif i wasn't pumped up already! Then moved onto lying tricep extensions. TOTALLY FUCKED AFTER ALL THIS! I wasn't tired, just extremely pumped.

Finished up with some posing practise to pump up my muscles and practise holding my poses. Looking pretty big at the moment. Gonna try cutting for 6 weeks before my next comp as I lost alot of weight for my last comp with cutting for 9 weeks. I'm always ripped 365 days of the year so i don't have much fat to lose which is good. Push muscles tomorrow!
